Sezonul 1982 al Miami Dolphins a fost numărul 17 al francizei, al treisprezecelea în Liga Națională de Fotbal [1] . Din cauza unei greve de 57 de zile a jucătorului, s-au jucat doar nouă jocuri. În acel an nu a existat clasament pe divizii, iar numărul echipelor calificate pentru play-off a fost extins temporar.
